Macarons-H\u00e4lften mit schwarzer Lebensmittelfarbe<\/a> nach meinem Macarons-Grundrezept<\/a> backen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ZUTATEN f\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung : 150 g  wei\u00dfe Schokolade, 100 g  Schlagsahne, 12 g Lakritze-Bonbons*<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* z. B.  \"ZAN\"  oder\"IMG_3402\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Lakritze-Bonbons im Schlagsahne schmelzen lassen (bei schwacher Hitze, ca. 5 Minuten).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schokolade hacken und im Wasserbad schmelzen lassen.
Die Lakritze-Sahne auf die Schokolade gie\u00dfen und gut mischen, bis die Ganache sch\u00f6n glatt ist.
Die Ganache in einen Spritzbeutel f\u00fcllen und kalt stellen, bis sie fest geworden ist (mindestens 2 Stunden, im Idealfall am Vortag).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die F\u00fcllung auf die H\u00e4lfte der Macaron-Schalen spritzen. Die andere H\u00e4lfte daraufsetzen und leicht andr\u00fccken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\u2003\n\u2003\n\n\n\n

Salzkaramell-Macarons<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Macarons-H\u00e4lften mit oranger Lebensmittelfarbe<\/a> nach meinem Macarons-Grundrezept<\/a> backen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ZUTATEN
. f\u00fcr die Ganache : 150 g  wei\u00dfe Schokolade<\/a>, 40 g  Schlagsahne
. f\u00fcr die Salzkaramell-Creme : 20 g  Zucker, 8 g  Butter, 2 g  Fleur de Sel, 35 g  Schlagsahne<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schokolade hacken und im Wasserbad schmelzen lassen.
Die Sahne aufkochen und auf die Schokolade gie\u00dfen. Kr\u00e4ftig mischen, bis die Ganache sch\u00f6n glatt ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salzkaramell-Creme: Zucker in einem Topf bei schwacher Hitze schmelzen lassen, bis ein goldgelber Karamell entstanden ist. Den Topf vom Herd nehmen und die Butter einr\u00fchren. Die Sahne und Fleur de Sel hinzuf\u00fcgen und so lange r\u00fchren, bis die Karamell-Creme glatt ist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
