Cr\u00e8me liquide<br \/>\n. \u00a025 g\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Miel liquide<br \/>\n. \u00a075 g\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Amandes effil\u00e9es<br \/>\n. \u00a050 g \u00a0 \u00a0 Ecorces d\u2019orange confites *<\/p>\n<p>Pour cette recette, il est plus pratique d&#8217;utiliser un moule, de type moule en silicone \u00e0 tartelettes (5-6 cm de diam\u00e8tre).<br \/>\n\ud83d\ude09\u00a0<em>Option sans moule : vous pourrez toutefois confectionner de petits tas de fruits sur un papier cuisson, que vous aplatirez avec le dos d&#8217;une cuiller et dont vous tremperez la base dans le chocolat fondu apr\u00e8s cuisson.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Hachez grossi\u00e8rement le chocolat.<br \/>\nCoupez les \u00e9corces d\u2019orange confites en petits d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une casserole, m\u00e9langez la cr\u00e8me, le sucre et le miel.<br \/>\nPortez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et laissez bouillir le m\u00e9lange 3 minutes sur feu moyen.<br \/>\nPuis, incorporez les amandes et les fruits confits.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (chaleur tournante).<br \/>\nR\u00e9partissez le m\u00e9lange dans les moules.<\/p>\n<p>Enfournez pour 5-10 mn jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils prennent une jolie couleur dor\u00e9e.<br \/>\nLaissez refroidir et d\u00e9moulez.<\/p>\n<p>Faites fondre le chocolat au bain-marie, comme indiqu\u00e9 <a href=\"http:\/\/macaronsundco.com\/2015\/11\/28\/mendiants-%f0%9f%8e%84\/\" target=\"_blank\">ICI<\/a>.<br \/>\nR\u00e9partissez le chocolat dans le fond des moules.<br \/>\nReposez dessus les bases de fruits caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s en pressant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<br \/>\nLaissez refroidir compl\u00e8tement et d\u00e9moulez.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\ude09 <em>Vous pouvez varier le m\u00e9lange en ajoutant d\u2019autres fruits secs (pignons, pistaches\u2026) et\/ou d\u2019autres fruits confits\u00a0(citron, cerise\u2026).<\/em><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align:center;\"><em><span Les d\u00e9tacher. Couper la peau en bandes d \u2019 \u00bd cm de largeur. Mettre les morceaux dans une casserole, couvrir d\u2019eau froide et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. \u00c9goutter et r\u00e9p\u00e9ter l\u2019op\u00e9ration trois autres fois, cela enl\u00e8vera l&#8217;amertume de la peau d&#8217;orange. <\/em><br \/>\n<em>Mettre 100 g d&#8217;eau et 100 g de sucre dans la casserole, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition pour dissoudre le sucre. Y ajouter les morceaux de peau d&#8217;orange, m\u00e9langer et laisser cuire\u00a01 h 10 \u00e0 feu doux \u00e0 couvert.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Laisser \u00e9goutter 2 h minimum (voire une nuit). Mettre 60 g de sucre dans un bol et y m\u00e9langer\u00a0soigneusement les \u00e9corces d&#8217;orange\u00a0confites. Mettre le tout dans une passoire fine bien s\u00e8che et secouer pour \u00e9liminer le surplus de sucre. Laisser s\u00e9cher \u00e0 l&#8217;air libre 48\u00a0h (s&#8217;ils collent encore, les repasser dans le sucre), puis\u00a0conserver dans une bo\u00eete herm\u00e9tique.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">\ud83d\ude09 Vous pourrez \u00e9galement tremper (enti\u00e8rement ou la moiti\u00e9) ces b\u00e2tonnets d&#8217;\u00e9corce d&#8217;orange dans du chocolat noir fondu (les laisser s\u00e9cher sur une grille)&#8230;
