F\u00fcr ca. 24 Florentiner :
. \u00a075 g \u00a0 Dunkle Schokoladenkuvert\u00fcre<\/a>
. \u00a050 g \u00a0Zucker
. \u00a050 g \u00a0Schlagsahne
. \u00a025 g \u00a0Honig (fl\u00fcssig)
. \u00a075g \u00a0 gehobelte Mandeln
. \u00a050 g \u00a0kandierte Orangenschalen* (oder Orangeat)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr dieses Rezept ist es praktischer, eine Backform aus Silikon<\/a> zu verwenden.
\ud83d\ude09\u00a0Option ohne Backform : Ihr k\u00f6nnt aber auch kleine H\u00e4ufchen aus der Mandel-Orangen-Mischung auf ein Backpapier setzen und sie mit einem L\u00f6ffelr\u00fccken rund verstreichen. Nach dem Backen die B\u00f6den in geschmolzene Schokolade tauchen.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schokolade grob hacken.
Kandierte Orangenschalen klein w\u00fcrfeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In einen Topf, Schlagsahne, Zucker und Honig geben.
Aufkochen lassen und bei mittlerer Hitze 3 Minuten kochen lassen.
Dann Mandeln und Orangenschalen dazugeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Backofen auf 180 Grad (Umluft) vorheizen.
Die Mischung in der Backform verteilen.
10 Minuten backen, bis sie goldbraun wird.
Abk\u00fchlen lassen. Dann aus der Form nehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schokolade im Wasserbad schmelzen und in der Backform verteilen.
Das Geb\u00e4ck wieder drauflegen mit leichtem Druck.
Abk\u00fchlen lassen. Dann aus der Form nehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\ude09 Variieren Sie die Mischung mit anderen N\u00fcssen (Pistazien, Pinienkerne, \u2026) und\/oder anderen Fr\u00fcchten (Zitrone, Kirsche, \u2026).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

* <\/span><\/span><\/em>Kandierte Orangenschalen<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr ca. 100 g kandierte Orangenschalen : eine Orange mit dicker Haut (Navel-Sorte) unter warmem Wasser putzen. Haut in 4 Teile einschneiden und abnehmen. Die Orangenhaut in \u00bd cm breit  Streifen schneiden. Die St\u00fccke in einen Topf geben, mit kaltem Wasser bedecken. Kurz aufkochen lassen. Abtropfen lassen. Dreimal wiederholen (aufkochen und abtropfen lassen), das wird der Orangenschale die Bitterkeit nehmen.
100 g Wasser und 100 g Zucker in einen Topf geben, aufkochen lassen, bis zur Zuckeraufl\u00f6sung.<\/em>
Orangenschalenst\u00fccke dazugeben, mischen und eine Stunde mit Deckel k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/em>
Mindestens 2 Stunden (sogar eine Nacht) abtropfen lassen.<\/em>
60 g Zucker in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben. Orangenschalenst\u00fccke dazugeben und in Zucker w\u00e4lzen. Alles in ein feinmaschiges trockenes Sieb geben und leicht klopfen, um den Zucker\u00fcberschuss wegzukriegen.<\/em>
\u00dcber Nacht offen trocknen lassen (wenn sie noch klebig sind, wieder in Zucker w\u00e4lzen) und dann in einer luftdichten Dose lagern.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
