Piquer les fonds de p\u00e2te.<br \/>\nEnfourner pour 10-12 minutes, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit dor\u00e9e.<br \/>\nR\u00e9server \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/p>\n<h5>Pr\u00e9parer la cr\u00e8me au citron<\/h5>\n<p>Laver les citrons et en pr\u00e9lever les zestes. Les presser pour en extraire 80\u00a0ml de jus filtr\u00e9.<br \/>\nPr\u00e9parer un bain-marie. et un saladier d&#8217;eau froide.<br \/>\nFouetter dans un cul de poule le sucre et les oeufs, ajouter le jus de citron et les zestes.<br \/>\nFaire \u00e9paissir au bain-marie en fouettant sans cesse, la cr\u00e8me doit \u00eatre nappante (pour en v\u00e9rifier la cuisson, tremper une spatule dedans et tracer une ligne avec votre doigt sur celle-ci, le trait doit rester net &#8211;
