m\u00e9lange d&#8217;\u00e9pices pour pain d&#8217;\u00e9pices)<\/li>\n<li>225 g \u00a0 \u00a0Beurre (mou)<\/li>\n<li>225 g \u00a0 \u00a0Sucre cassonade<\/li>\n<li>4 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Oeufs<\/li>\n<li>150 g \u00a0 \u00a0Carottes (finement r\u00e2p\u00e9es)<\/li>\n<li>10 g \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Gingembre \u00a0(fra\u00eechement r\u00e2p\u00e9)<\/li>\n<li>75 g \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Noix (grossi\u00e8rement hach\u00e9es)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Pour le gla\u00e7age<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>175 g \u00a0 \u00a0 Fromage frais (type Saint-Moret ou Philadelphia)<\/li>\n<li>70 g \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Sucre glace<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer tous les ingr\u00e9dients.<br \/>\nPr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0\u00a0180\u00b0C (chaleur tournante).<br \/>\nPr\u00e9parer une plaque de p\u00e2tisserie recouverte de papier cuisson.<br \/>\nBeurrer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement le cadre.\u00a0J&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 ici un cadre carr\u00e9 \u00a0de 22,5 cm *.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer la farine, la levure et les \u00e9pices.<br \/>\nDans un saladier, m\u00e9langer au batteur \u00e9lectrique le beurre avec le sucre, la farine et les oeufs.<br \/>\nAjouter ensuite les carottes, le gingembre et les noix.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9partir la p\u00e2te dans le cadre en lissant la surface.<br \/>\nEnfourner pour\u00a030 minutes (v\u00e9rifier la cuisson en piquant le g\u00e2teau \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de la pointe d&#8217;un couteau, elle doit ressortir s\u00e8che).<br \/>\nLaisser refroidir compl\u00e8tement.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer le gla\u00e7age : battre le fromage frais pour le rendre cr\u00e9meux et y incorporer le sucre glace.
