Schoko-Macarons<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr eine nat\u00fcrliche und schmackhafte F\u00e4rbung Ihrer Macarons, 20 g der Mandel-Puderzucker-Mischung durch Kakaopulver ersetzen. Und nach meinem Macarons-Grundrezept<\/a> backen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr die Schokoladenf\u00fcllung…<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ZUTATEN   150 g  Dunkle Schokolade<\/a>, 125 g  Sahne (mindestens 30% Fett), 25 g  Butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schokolade grob hacken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sahne aufkochen auf Schokolade gie\u00dfen.
Mit einem Spatel kr\u00e4ftig verr\u00fchren, bis die Ganache sch\u00f6n glatt ist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Einige Minuten abk\u00fchlen lassen und die Butter, in kleinen St\u00fccken, dazugeben.
Verr\u00fchren, bis Butter geschmolzen ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Schokoladencreme in einen Spritzbeutel f\u00fcllen und kalt stellen, bis sie fest geworden ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die F\u00fcllung auf die H\u00e4lfte der Macaron-Schalen spritzen. Die andere H\u00e4lfte daraufsetzen und leicht andr\u00fccken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pistazien-Macarons<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Macarons-H\u00e4lften mit einer Messerspitze gr\u00fcner Lebensmittelfarbe<\/a> nach meinem Macarons-Grundrezept<\/a> backen. Und f\u00fcr einen intensiverer Pistazien-Geschmack, 1\/3 der gemahlenen Mandeln durch gemahlene Pistazien ersetzen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr diese Macaron-F\u00fcllung, brauchen Sie Pistazien-Paste. Einfach selbst zuzubereiten, machen SIe ein bisschen mehr ; sie bleibt gut im K\u00fchlschrank erhalten. Das Wichtigste ist selbstverst\u00e4ndlich erstklassige gr\u00fcne Pistazien! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pistazien-Paste<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 100g  Gr\u00fcnen Pistazien (gesch\u00e4lt, ungesalzen), 1 EL Traubenkern\u00f6l (geschmacksneutrales \u00d6l)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Pistazien 10 Minuten im Backofen (150 Grad – Umluft) r\u00f6sten, abk\u00fchlen lassen. In einer K\u00fcchenmaschine mit Messer oder in einem Mixer lang zerkleinern (mindestens 5 Minuten), bis man eine richtige Paste erh\u00e4lt. K\u00fchl aufbewahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr die Pistazienf\u00fcllung…<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ZUTATEN\u00a0 164 g \u00a0wei\u00dfe Schokolade<\/a>, 106 g \u00a0Sahne (mindestens 30% Fett), 30 g \u00a0Pistazien-Paste<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schokolade hacken und im Wasserbad schmelzen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Sahne mit der Pistazien-Paste aufkochen und gut schlagen bis sie sich aufl\u00f6st. Auf die Schokolade schrittweise gie\u00dfen und gut mischen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pistaziencreme in einen Spritzbeutel f\u00fcllen und kalt stellen, bis sie fest geworden ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die F\u00fcllung auf die H\u00e4lfte der Macaron-Schalen spritzen. Die andere H\u00e4lfte daraufsetzen und leicht andr\u00fccken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
