Die gekochten roten Bete in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden.
Die Scheiben auf jeden Teller im Kreise anordnen.
Den Radicchio in Halbzentimeter-Scheiben schneiden, um Riemchen zu bekommen.
Die Waln\u00fcsse grob zerkleinern.
Den Radicchio und die Waln\u00fcsse in eine Sch\u00fcssel stellen.
Die Salatso\u00dfe vorbereiten: Apfelgranat-Melasse, Salz und \u00d6le mischen.
Die Salatso\u00dfe in die Sch\u00fcssel gie\u00dfen, gut vermengen.
Kleine Salath\u00e4ufchen auf die Rote Bete Scheiben legen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
