Macarons-H\u00e4lften nach meinem Macarons-Grundrezept <\/a>backen, mit schwarzer Lebensmittelfarbe<\/a> f\u00e4rben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ZUTATEN f\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung 
. F\u00fcr die Ganache: 140 g  dunkle Schokolade, 135 g  Schlagsahne, 25 g Butter.
. F\u00fcr die Kirschen: ca. 30 gefrorene entsteinte Sauerkirschen (oder Amarena-Kirschen im Glas), eventuell Kirschwasser.
. F\u00fcr die Dekoration: Puderzucker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Am Vortag<\/span>, die Kirschen auf einem Sieb auftauen lassen (Nat\u00fcrlich k\u00f6nnen Sie den Saft f\u00fcr Ihr Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck am n\u00e4chsten Tag behalten \ud83d\ude42
F\u00fcr diejenigen, die alkoholische Macarons m\u00f6gen: dann die Kirschen in einer Sch\u00fcssel geben und mit etwas Kirschwasser betr\u00e4ufeln. Kaltstellen. Und am n\u00e4chsten Tag nochmal gut abtropfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Ganache zubereiten<\/span>:
Schokolade grob hacken.
Die Sahne aufkochen und auf die gehackte Schokolade gie\u00dfen. Nach zwei Minuten gut vermengen, dann Butter hinzuf\u00fcgen, verr\u00fchren bis die Ganache sch\u00f6n glatt ist.
Die Ganache in einen Spritzbeutel f\u00fcllen und kaltstellen, bis sie fest geworden ist (mindestens zwei Stunden).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Macarons f\u00fcllen<\/span>:
Die Kirschen halbieren.
Die Ganache-F\u00fcllung auf die H\u00e4lfte der Macaron-Schalen spritzen – etwas weniger als \u00fcblich.
Eine halbe Kirsche durch leichten Druck in die Mitte legen und mit etwas Ganache abdecken.
Die andere H\u00e4lfte daraufsetzen und leicht andr\u00fccken. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
