Februar (&#8220;<strong>Chandeleur<\/strong>&#8221; &#8211; 40 Tage nach Weihnachten) <strong>Cr\u00eapes<\/strong> zuzubereiten \ud83d\ude0b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hier ist das Rezept f\u00fcr diese hauchd\u00fcnnen Pfannkuchen, die man nat\u00fcrlich das ganze Jahr \u00fcber genie\u00dfen kann \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zutaten f\u00fcr ca. 12 Cr\u00eapes<\/strong>: 4 Eier, 1 Vanilleschote, 1 EL Rum (fakultativ), 20 g Zucker, 1 Prise Salz, 200 g Mehl, 500 g Vollmilch, 40 g Butter (+ 10 g zum Braten).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Wir geben nie viel Zucker in den Cr\u00eape-Teig, denn wir geben mehr dazu, wenn wir sie essen<\/em> \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Butter mit dem Milch bei geringer Hitze zerlassen und etwas abk\u00fchlen lassen. <br>Die Vanilleschote in der L\u00e4nge spalten und das Mark mit dem R\u00fccken eines Messers herausziehen. <br>In einen <strong>Standmixer<\/strong> alle Zutaten in der Reihenfolge der Liste eingeben 1 Minute mixen, bis ein glatter und homogener Teig entsteht. <br>Den Teig mindestens 2 Stunden kalt ruhen, am besten \u00fcber Nacht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b6\ufe0f Sie k\u00f6nnen auch einen Stabmixer benutzen. Oder ohne Mixer, gie\u00dfen Sie nach und nach die fl\u00fcssigen Zutaten \u00fcber die trockenen Zutaten und mit einem Schneebesen r\u00fchren Sie dabei z\u00fcgig um. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mixen Sie den Teig vor dem Braten noch einmal kurz durch. <br>Falls n\u00f6tig, f\u00fcgen Sie einen L\u00f6ffel Wasser hinzu &#8211; nach der Ruhezeit wird der Teig etwas eingedickt sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Einen Servierteller vorbereiten.<br>Eine <a href=\"https:\/\/macaronsundco.com\/meine-lieblings-kuchenutensilien-\ud83d\udc69\ud83c\udffb%E2%80%8D\ud83c\udf73\/\">Cr\u00eape-Pfanne<\/a> bei mittlerer Hitze erhitzen.<br>Ein St\u00fcckchen Butter hinzuf\u00fcgen,  mit einem St\u00fcck K\u00fcchenpapier auf dem Boden der Pfanne verteilen. <br><em>Testen Sie die Temperatur der Pfanne mit ein wenig Teig.
