Die “galette des rois”  ist der traditionelle Kuchen zum Dreik\u00f6nigsfest in Frankreich: ein Bl\u00e4tterteigkuchen mit Mandelcreme gef\u00fcllt, in den man eine kleine Porzellanfigur (die “F\u00e8ve”) hineinlegt. Man teilt den Kuchen unter den G\u00e4sten auf und derjenige, der die “F\u00e8ve” in seinem St\u00fcck Kuchen findet, ist K\u00f6nig und bekommt eine Krone!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dies ist ein vereinfachtes Express-Rezept sowohl f\u00fcr den Teig als auch f\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ZUTATEN
2 Bl\u00e4tterteige (mit Butter)
80 g Butter (auf Raumtemperatur)
100 g Zucker
140 g Gemahlene Mandeln
3 Eier (2 Eier und 1 Eigelb)
Einige Tropfen Vanille-Extrakt oder eine Vanilleschote
1 EL Rum (fakultativ)
Puderzucker
+ eine “F\u00e8ve” und eine Krone (hier verf\u00fcgbar<\/a>) !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Den Backofen au 200\u00b0C vorheizen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Butter mit dem Zucker langsam schlagen.
Zwei Eier dazugeben.
Dann die gemahlenen Mandeln, die Vanille und den Rum dazugeben.
Gut r\u00fchren, bis die Masse cremig wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ein Bl\u00e4tterteig (mit Backpapier) auf einem Backblech ausrollen.
Die Mandelcreme in der Mitte gleichm\u00e4ssig verteilen. Den Teig-Rand (ca. 2 cm) mit etwas Wassern bestreichen.
Die “f\u00e8ve” nicht vergessen – einfach drauf legen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mit dem zweiten Bl\u00e4tterteig zudecken, am Rand dr\u00fccken. Mit Eigelb leicht bepinseln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In den Backofen f\u00fcr 10 Minuten bei 200\u00b0C schieben, und dann bei 180\u00b0C 30 Minuten weiter backen.
Mit Puderzucker bestreuen und noch 5 Minuten backen.
Abk\u00fchlen lassen. Lauwarm genie\u00dfen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
