Express-T\u00f6rtchen mit den ersten Walderdbeeren… rosa Biskuit, und Rhabarber… ein echter Genuss in wenigen Minuten \ud83c\udf53<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Nun ja, da diese kleinen roten Juwelen mit ihrem einzigartigen Aroma nicht lange halten, gilt es schnell zu sein \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Um den s\u00e4uerlichen Geschmack des Rhabarbers aufzuwiegen, geht es kaum ohne Zucker… ich schlage Ihnen vor, den Haushaltszucker durch Grenadine-Sirup zu ersetzen. Neben seiner S\u00fc\u00dfe, gibt er den gesch\u00e4lten Rhabarber sein flammendes Rot zur\u00fcck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rhabarber-Kompott mit Grenadine<\/span><\/strong>
f\u00fcr 250 g Kompott, etwa 750 g Rhabarber und 125 ml Grenadine-Sirup
Rhabarber waschen und sch\u00e4len, in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden.
In einem geschlossenen Topf bei schwacher Hilfe Rhabarber-St\u00fccke und Grenadine-Sirup circa 15 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis das Kompott trocken ist.
Abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Gr<\/span>enadine-Sirup<\/span>, das seinen Ursprung in das Mark des Granatapfels hat, kommt heute aus einer Mischung von roten Fr\u00fcchten. Sein leicht s\u00e4uerliche Geschmack begeistert sowohl die Kleinen als auch die Gro\u00dfen – dieses Sirup wird in zahlreichen Cocktails verwendet !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dieses Fr\u00fcchte-P\u00fcree bringt aber Feuchtigkeit, deshalb die Macarons am gleichen Tag essen \ud83d\ude1c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wenn Sie sie einige Tage aufbewahren wollen, muss das Rhabarber-P\u00fcree mit wei\u00dfer Schokolade gemischt werden (in diesem Fall den Rhabarber nicht zuckern und stattdessen mit Wasser kochen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
