deshalb auch \u201e<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">gest\u00fcrzte<\/mark> Creme\u201c genannt \ud83d\ude43 ist ein wohltuendes Dessert, das Gro\u00df und Klein begeistert!<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ZUTATEN f\u00fcr 8 Portionen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">\ud83c\udf6e VANILLECREME<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 Liter Vollmilch <br>1 Vanilleschote<br>5 Eier<br>3 Eigelb<br>150 g Zucker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83c\udf6e <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">KARAMELL<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">200 g Zucker<br>50 g Wasser<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Milch in einem Topf leicht erw\u00e4rmen. <br>Vanillemark herauskratzen und in die Milch geben. <br>Zugedeckt abseits des Herdes mindestens 15 Minuten ziehen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eier, Eigelb und Zucker kurz mit dem Schneebesen aufschlagen. <br>Die Vanillemilch zum Kochen bringen und unter weiterem Schlagen \u00fcber die Mischung gie\u00dfen. <br>Ruhen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Backen wird im Wasserbad im Ofen durchgef\u00fchrt.
