W\u00e4hrend der Adventszeit schlage ich Ihnen ein k\u00f6stliches Pralinen-Programm vor, um Ihre Familie zu verzaubern! Kinderleichte und leckere Pralinen-Rezepte!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Erste K\u00f6stlichkeiten f\u00fcr Weihnachtszeit : die Mendiants.<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n

<\/b>F\u00fcr ca. 25 St\u00fcck :<\/p>\n

.  125 g   Zartbitterschokolade
\ud83d\ude09 Die Spitzenschokolade ist die Kuvert\u00fcre. Sie besteht aus mehr Kakaobutter, die sie cremiger macht.<\/em>
Damit Schokolade ihre gl\u00e4nzende Optik beh\u00e4lt, muss sie temperiert werden. Daf\u00fcr nur 2\/3 der Menge im Wasserbad bei schwacher Hitze schmelzen. Dann, weg vom Herd, f\u00fcgt Ihr das restliche 1\/3 hinzu, um die Temperatur schnell fallen zu lassen. Vermengen, bis alles vollkommen geschmolzen ist. Dann aufw\u00e4rmen im Wasserbad bei ganz schwacher Hitze, um sie zu verarbeiten.<\/em><\/p>\n

.  25     Kandierter Ingwer-St\u00fccke*
\ud83d\ude09 Variieren Sie den Geschmack: Sie <\/em>k\u00f6nnen Eure Lieblings-N\u00fcsse oder kandierte Fr\u00fcchte drauflegen.<\/i><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Backpapier auf eine k\u00fchle, glatte Oberfl\u00e4che legen.
Schokolade grob hacken, im Wasserbad schmelzen, wie oben gezeigt.<\/p>\n

Einen Teel\u00f6ffel geschmolzene Schokolade auf das Papier geben und mit dem L\u00f6ffelr\u00fccken rund verstreichen.
\ud83d\ude09 Sie k\u00f6nnen auch eine Backform 4-5 cm \u00d8 benutzen.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Auf jeder Schokoladenscheibe eine Haselnuss, eine Pistazie, eine Sultanine und ein Ingwerst\u00fcck* sch\u00f6n anordnen.
Abk\u00fchlen lassen (mindestens 2 Stunden), bevor sich die Mendiants vom Backpapier l\u00f6sen lassen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

* Kandierter Ingwer<\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sie werden sicher kandierter Ingwer-St\u00fccke in Ihrem Lieblingsladen finden. Aber es ist wirklich kinderleicht, selbst zu machen \ud83d\ude42  und sie sind eine gute Idee zum Verschenken \ud83d\udc9d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr ca. 50 g kandierten Ingwer : 50 g frischen Ingwer sch\u00e4len und in St\u00e4bchen oder W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<\/em>
Die Ingwerst\u00fccke in einen Topf geben, mit kaltem Wasser bedecken. Kurz aufkochen lassen. Abtropfen lassen.
Dreimal wiederholen (aufkochen und abtropfen lassen), damit wird der Ingwer weniger scharf.
50 g Wasser und 50 g Zucker in einen Topf geben, aufkochen lassen, bis zur Zuckeraufl\u00f6sung.
Ingwerst\u00fccke dazugeben, mischen und eine Stunde mit Deckel k\u00f6cheln lassen.
Mindestens 2 Stunden (sogar eine Nacht) abtropfen lassen.
30 g Zucker in einer Sch\u00fcssel geben. Ingwerst\u00fccke dazugeben und in Zucker w\u00e4lzen. Alles in ein feinmaschiges trockenes Sieb geben und leicht klopfen, um den Zucker\u00fcberschuss wegzukriegen.
\u00dcber Nacht offen trocknen lassen und dann in einer luftdichten Dose lagern.
<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kandierter Ingwer kann auch als Konfekt gegessen werden. Er kann auch in anderen Kuchen verwendet werden. Wie w\u00e4re es mit einem kleinen St\u00fcckchen in Ihren Schoko-Macarons !<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
