Als ich diese wundersch\u00f6nen Zitronen aus Sizilien auf dem Markt gesehen habe, k\u00f6nnte ich nicht widerstehen… Hier ist ein Lieblingsdessert der Franzosen, mit Recht: die Zitronentarte, mit oder ohne Baiser ist so ein Gedicht<\/mark>\u00a0\ud83d\udc9b<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ZUTATEN f\u00fcr 6 T\u00f6rtchen (8 cm \u00d8 Ringe<\/a> oder F\u00f6rmchen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr den Boden<\/span>:
150 g  Mehl
50 g  gemahlene Mandeln
100 g  weiche Butter
50 g  Puderzucker
1  Eier
1 Prise Salz<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung<\/span>:
2  Zitronen (und\/oder Limetten, 80 ml Saft, und geriebene Schale)
50 g  weiche Butter
80 g  Puderzucker
2  Eier<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Den Teig zubereiten<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Mit Hilfe einer K\u00fcchenmaschine oder mit der Hand, Butter und Zucker mischen, Eier dazugeben, dann mit Mehl und Mandeln kurz durchkneten.
Den Teig zwischen zwei Backpapierbl\u00e4tter ausrollen und Kreise (ca. 10 cm \u00d8, gr\u00f6\u00dfer als die Formen) ausstechen.
15 Minuten kaltstellen.
Den Backofen auf 180 Grad (Umluft) vorheizen.
Den Teig in die Formen oder Ringe legen. Den Teigboden mehrfach mit einer Gabel einstechen.
10-12 Minuten backen, bis der Teig goldbraun ist.
Abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Zitronencreme zubereiten<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Zitronen absp\u00fclen, Schale fein reiben und auspressen (80 ml Saft abwiegen).
Ein Wasserbad und eine mit kaltem Wasser gef\u00fcllte Sch\u00fcssel vorbereiten.
In eine R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel Zucker und Eier schlagen, Zitronensaft und -Schale dazugeben.
Auf Wasserbad weiterschlagen, bis sich die Masse verdickt (um das Kochen zu pr\u00fcfen, tauchen Sie einen Spatel in die Masse, zeichnen Sie einen Strich mit dem Finger drauf, der Fingerstrich mu\u00df deutlich bleiben, also nicht verschwimmen – d.h. ca. 80 Grad).
Die R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel einige Minuten in kaltes Wasser stellen.
Mit Schneebesen Butter unterr\u00fchren.
Die Creme auf den Boden bis an den Rand gie\u00dfen.
