Voici donc une recette simplifi\u00e9e de layer-cake, avec une base de cake et une cr\u00e8me au beurre ultra-simple.
\nQuantit\u00e9s pour un diam\u00e8tre de 15 cm, pour 8 personnes environ.<\/p>\n

Pour la p\u00e2te :<\/em>
\n150 g Beurre
\n200 g Sucre
\n1\u00a0Citron jaune (40 g de jus + zestes des 2 citrons)
\n4\u00a0Oeufs
\n200 g Farine
\n1\/2\u00a0 cc Levure chimique<\/p>\n

Pour la cr\u00e8me :<\/em>
\n200 g Beurre mou
\n450 g Sucre glace
\n1 Citron jaune (40 g de jus)
\nColorant jaune (facultatif)<\/p>\n

R\u00e9alisation du cake<\/h5>\n

Tapisser le moule de papier cuisson ou le beurrer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n

Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C en chaleur tournante.<\/p>\n

Faire fondre le beurre.
\nZester les 2 citrons et les presser s\u00e9par\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n

M\u00e9langer bri\u00e8vement\u00a0le beurre fondu au sucre et aux zestes de citron.
\nAjouter les oeufs, puis la farine et la levure, et enfin le jus d’1 citron.<\/p>\n

Verser la p\u00e2te dans le moule, creuser le centre pour \u00e9viter la formation d’une bosse.
\nEnfourner pour 45 minutes.
\nV\u00e9rifier la cuisson \u00e0 l’aide d’une lame de couteau (elle doit ressortir s\u00e8che).<\/p>\n

A la fin de la cuisson, d\u00e9mouler le cake\u00a0sur une grille. Le laisser refroidir compl\u00e8tement.<\/p>\n

R\u00e9alisation de la cr\u00e8me<\/h5>\n

Battre le beurre mou quelques minutes, puis ajouter progressivement le sucre, en continuant de battre \u00e0 vitesse moyenne.
\nAugmenter la vitesse et incorporer le jus de citron (ainsi qu’\u00e9ventuellement le colorant).
\nR\u00e9server au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n

Montage\u00a0du g\u00e2teau<\/h5>\n

Retourner le cake (la base plus plate devant se retrouver au-dessus).
\nD\u00e9couper d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 l’aide d’un couteau-scie 3 disques dans\u00a0la hauteur de votre cake.
\nEtaler uniform\u00e9ment une couche g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse de cr\u00e8me sur\u00a0la base du g\u00e2teau, poser le 2\u00e8me disque et \u00e9taler \u00e0 nouveau une couche de cr\u00e8me.
\nPoser le dernier disque (face plate au-dessus).
\nEtaler une fine couche de cr\u00e8me \u00e0 l’aide d’une spatule sur le dessus et tout autour du g\u00e2teau.
\nR\u00e9server au frais.<\/p>\n
