\/><\/p>\n<p>\u2714\ufe0f&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>MATERIEL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 ici des cercles de 7,5 cm de diam\u00e8tre et de 5 cm de hauteur.<br \/>\nA d\u00e9faut de cercles, vous pouvez r\u00e9aliser ce dessert dans des verrines.<\/p>\n<p>\u2714\ufe0f&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong> &nbsp;pour 4 personnes<\/p>\n<p>125 g &nbsp;Biscuits OREO (env. 12)<br \/>\n40 g &nbsp;Beurre<br \/>\n100 g &nbsp;Chocolat blanc<br \/>\n150 g &nbsp;Fromage type Philadelphia<br \/>\n75 g &nbsp;Mascarpone<br \/>\nQuelques m\u00fbres<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer une plaque recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et 4 cercles, \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur desquels vous disposerez \u00e9galement une bande de papier (l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus haute que le bord du cercle).<\/p>\n<p>Faire fondre le beurre dans une casserole \u00e0 feux doux.<br \/>\nMettre les biscuits dans un sac de cong\u00e9lation et les \u00e9craser avec un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie.<br \/>\nLes m\u00e9langer intimement au beurre fondu.<br \/>\nR\u00e9partir cette pr\u00e9paration au fond des cercles, en tassant bien \u00e0 l&#8217;aide du dos d&#8217;une cuill\u00e8re.<br \/>\nR\u00e9server au frais.<\/p>\n<p>Hacher grossi\u00e8rement le chocolat et le faire fondre au bain-marie.<br \/>\nLe m\u00e9langer avec le fromage frais et le mascarpone.<br \/>\nR\u00e9partir le m\u00e9lange dans les cercles sur les fonds en biscuits.<br \/>\nPlacer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur au moins 3 heures (vous pouvez pr\u00e9parer cette base la veille).<\/p>\n<p>Au moment de servir, d\u00e9mouler les le plaisir tout l&#8217;hiver !<\/p>\n<p>\u2714\ufe0f&nbsp; <strong>St\u00e9riliser quelques bocaux<\/strong><br \/>\nDans une grande casserole immerger les bocaux et couvercles dans l&#8217;eau.<br \/>\nPorter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et laisser bouillir 10 minutes.<br \/>\nLes retourner sur un chiffon propre et laisser s\u00e9cher sans essuyer.<\/p>\n<p>\u2714\ufe0f&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Confectionner la confiture&nbsp;<\/strong><br \/>\nJe pr\u00e9f\u00e8re conserver les fruits entiers (malgr\u00e9 les petits grains un tantinet d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables je vous l&#8217;accorde) \u00e0 la gel\u00e9e.<br \/>\nPeser les fruits (ou le jus, si vous optez pour la version sans grains), ajouter 70% du poids en sucre \u00e0 confiture et le jus d&#8217;un citron.<br \/>\nPorter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et cuire \u00e0 feu vif 10 minutes en remuant (v\u00e9rifier la consistance en en versant une cuill\u00e8re sur une assiette froide).<br
