Eines der Vergn\u00fcgen des Sp\u00e4tsommers… die Ernte der wilden Brombeeren!
Neben meiner Lieblingsmarmelade inspirierten mich diese saftigen schwarzen Beeren zu einem “Black Cheesecake”.
Ein Expressrezept, ohne Kochen (mit Oreos und wei\u00dfer Schokolade), f\u00fcr einen tollen Genie\u00dfermoment!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2714\ufe0f  MATERIAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hier habe ich Ringe von 7,5 cm Durchmesser und 5 cm H\u00f6he verwendet.
Wenn Sie keine Ringe haben, k\u00f6nnen Sie dieses Dessert in Gl\u00e4sern zubereiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2714\ufe0f  ZUTATEN  <\/strong>f\u00fcr 4 Personen<\/p>\n\n\n\n

125 g  OREO Kekse (ca. 12 St\u00fcck)
40 g  Butter
100 g  wei\u00dfe Schokolade
150 g  Philadelphia-K\u00e4se
75 g  Mascarpone
Einige Brombeeren<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bereiten Sie ein mit Backpapier belegtes Backblech und 4 Ringe vor, in das Sie ebenfalls einen Papierstreifen legen (etwas h\u00f6her als der Rand des Ringes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Butter in einem Topf bei schwacher Hitze zerlassen.
Kekse in einen Gefrierbeutel geben und mit einem Nudelholz zerdr\u00fccken.
Mit geschmolzener Butter vermischen.
Diese Mischung am Boden der Kreise verteilen und mit dem L\u00f6ffelr\u00fccken gut pressen.
Im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Schokolade grob hacken und im Wasserbad schmelzen.
Mit Frischk\u00e4se und Mascarpone vermischen.
Die Masse in den Ringen auf die Keksb\u00f6den verteilen.
Mindestens 3 Stunden in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen (Sie k\u00f6nnen diese Basis am Vortag zubereiten).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wenn Sie fertig sind, die Cheesecakes aus der Form nehmen und Brombeeren darauf anrichten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In einem gro\u00dfen Topf Gl\u00e4ser und Deckel in Wasser tauchen.
Aufkochen und 10 Minuten kochen lassen.
Wenden Sie sie auf ein sauberes Tuch und lassen Sie sie trocknen, ohne abzuwischen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aufkochen und 10 Minuten bei starker Hitze unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren garen (Konsistenz durch einen L\u00f6ffel auf eine kalte Platte gie\u00dfen).
In ein Glas geben, Deckel aufschrauben und das Glas einige Minuten umdrehen.
Wieder einsetzen und abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
