Eine Wolke aus Schokolade!<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Hier ist ein schnelles und einfaches Rezept f\u00fcr ein leichtes und tr\u00f6stliches Winterdessert!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ein Souffl\u00e9 wird mit einem L\u00f6ffel direkt aus der Form nach dem Backen gegessen. Deshalb ist es ratsam, es in einzelnen F\u00f6rmchen (oder Tassen) zu backen und servieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zutaten f\u00fcr 4 Personen<\/strong>: 200 g Vollmilch, 2 Eigelb, 1 P\u00e4ckchen Vanillezucker, 10 g Maisst\u00e4rke, 200 g Dunkle Schokolade, 6 Eiwei\u00df, 60 g Zucker, Puderzucker.
Und f\u00fcr die Formen<\/strong>: 20 g Butter und 40 g Zucker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Formen bis zum Rand mit Butter einfetten und mit Zucker bestreuen (ein L\u00f6ffel Zucker darin geben und die Form drehen, den \u00dcberschuss absch\u00fctteln). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Backofen auf 180 Grad vorheizen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schokolade grob hacken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Milch aufkochen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In einer Sch\u00fcssel, Eigelb und Vanillezucker schlagen, Maisst\u00e4rke dazugeben und mischen. Die hei\u00dfe Milch darauf gie\u00dfen und verr\u00fchren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Vorbereitung in den Topf zur\u00fcckgeben und bei mittlerer Hitze unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren, bis sie eindickt. Die gehackte Schokolade hinzuf\u00fcgen und r\u00fchren, bis sie geschmolzen ist. Die Creme in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben. Abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Eiwei\u00df steif schlagen und den Zucker nach und nach dazugeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ein Drittel des Eischnees mit der Schokoladencreme schlagen. Und den Rest vorsichtig mit einem Spatel unterheben, um das Volumen zu behalten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Masse in den F\u00f6rmchen sorgf\u00e4ltig verteilen. Der Rand muss sauber sein.<\/p>\n\n\n

12-15 Minuten backen (abh\u00e4ngig von der H\u00f6he der Formen). Die Mitte muss halbgebacken sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mit Puderzucker leicht bestreuen und sofort servieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vorsicht, nach 5 Minuten werden die Souffl\u00e9s zur\u00fcckfallen
