ZUTATEN f\u00fcr 4 Personen
. 2 Fenchelknollen
. 1 Orange
. 1\/2 Zitrone
. 4 EL Oliven\u00f6l
. Salz und Pfeffer<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fenchel waschen. Die Fenchelst\u00e4ngel abschneiden (ein bisschen Gr\u00fcn f\u00fcr die Garnitur aufheben und den Rest im K\u00fchlschrank oder Gefrierschrank behalten, um sp\u00e4ter ein anderes Gericht, Suppe… zu w\u00fcrzen), das erste faserartige Blatt weglassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Den Backofen auf 200\u00b0C vorheizen. Ein Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen.
Mit einem Gem\u00fcsehobel oder einem Messer, den Fenchel in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden (3-4 mm).
Sie auf dem Backblech legen und mit Oliven\u00f6l (2 EL) beidseitig bestreichen. Salzen.
Das Backblech f\u00fcr 20 Minuten  in den vorgeheizten Backofen schieben, bis der Fenchel am Rand goldbraun gebacken ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Den anderen Fenchel in ganz d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. In einer Sch\u00fcssel den rohen Fenchel mit 2 EL Zitronensaft, 2EL Oliven\u00f6l, Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orange filetieren (die Schale so abschneiden, dass auch das Wei\u00dfe entfernt wird und dann \u00fcber einem Teller die Orangenspalten zwischen den wei\u00dfen Trennh\u00e4uten herausschneiden), dabei den Saft auffangen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In einer Sch\u00fcssel (oder Einzelteller) die Rohfenchelscheiben geben, die gegrillte Fenchelscheiben darauflegen und dann die Orangenfilets. Zwei EL Orangensaft mit der \u00fcbrigen Salatso\u00dfe (Zitrone\/\u00d6l) geben und auf den Salat gie\u00dfen. Mit Fenchelgr\u00fcn verzieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
