140 g   Mehl
70 g   Butter (kalt in St\u00fcckchen)
40 g Zucker
1   Eigelb (oder 1\/2 Ei)
1 Prise Salz

F\u00fcr die\u00a0F\u00fcllung<\/span>:
40 g gemahlene Mandeln
400 g wilde Blaubeeren
1 \u00a0 Ei
75 g \u00a0 Sahne
40 g \u00a0 Zucker
1\/2 vanilleschote<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Puderzucker
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n

Die Fr\u00fcchte waschen (ggf. die Stiele entfernen) und auf einem Tuch gut abtrocknen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In einer Sch\u00fcssel Mehl, Salz, Zimt, Zucker und Butter mit den Fingerspitzen vermischen, bis ein gelber Sand entsteht (oder mit Hilfe einer K\u00fcchenmaschine). Das Ei hinzuf\u00fcgen und mischen, bis eine homogene Teigkugel entsteht, ohne sie zu \u00fcberarbeiten.
Den Teig zwischen zwei Backpapierbl\u00e4tter auf eine Dicke von etwa 3 mm ausrollen.
15 Minuten\u00a0kaltstellen.

Den Teig in die Form legen.\u00a0Den Teigboden mehrfach mit einer Gabel einstechen.

Den Backofen auf 180 Grad (Umluft) vorheizen.
10 Minuten blind backen.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Den Boden mit gemahlenen Mandeln bestreuen – Dies absorbiert den Saft der Fr\u00fcchte und h\u00e4lt den Tortenboden knusprig. Die Blaubeeren darauf verteilen. Weitere 15 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In der Zwischenzeit die Pudding-Creme zubereiten:
Das Ei aufschlagen, Sahne, Zucker und Vanillemark hinzuf\u00fcgen.
Die Pudding-Creme auf die vorgebackenen T\u00f6rtchen gie\u00dfen und weitere 20 Minuten backen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
