Um ihre Pollen zu verwerten, die dem Gelee viel Aroma und eine zarte Gelbf\u00e4rbung verleihen, sollten Sie sie gut gebl\u00fcht pfl\u00fccken und vermeiden, sie zu waschen oder zu stark zu sch\u00fctteln (achten Sie dennoch darauf, dass sich keine Insekten darin befinden &#8211; falls n\u00f6tig, entfernen Sie sie mit den Fingern).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Stiele entfernen und nur die kleinen Bl\u00fctenstr\u00e4u\u00dfe aufbewahren. Die Bl\u00fcten in einen Topf geben und mit dem Wasser \u00fcbergie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Zitrone gr\u00fcndlich waschen, zwei Scheiben abschneiden und dazugeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00dcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank ziehen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am n\u00e4chsten Tag: Die Zitrone-Scheiben entfernen und die Bl\u00fcten mit dem Wasser zum Kochen bringen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Einen sauberen Topf mit einem Sieb darauf bereitstellen. Ein sehr feines Passiertuch hineinlegen. Das Ganze sofort durch das Tuch filtern und anschlie\u00dfend auspressen, um den gesamten Saft zu gewinnen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zucker und Agar-Agar verr\u00fchren und zum Saft geben. Zum Kochen bringen und bei mittlerer Hitze unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren 5 Minuten kochen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je nach Ihren Verwendungspl\u00e4nen und der gew\u00fcnschten Dicke, in einen (oder mehrere) Beh\u00e4lter gie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Gelee bei Raumtemperatur fest werden lassen.
